Going Green In 2020

Eco Friendly | My Petite Joys

Over the course of the last year I’ve been focused on living a cleaner and healthier life. In addition to the health of my body and mind, the health of our climate, our environment is just as important. For 2020, I’m working on making changes in my home to live more sustainably and find tools that are reusable. I figured I’m not alone in this endeavor and am sharing some of the products that I’m buying in case anyone else is interested!

Organic Reusable Beeswax Food Wrap – $11.63

Instead of using plastic wrap these are a great and healthy alternative that cut down on your environmental impact.

Mesh Produce Bags – $19.99

Perfect to toss into your bag and take to the store. You can even use it as storage in the fridge. No more plastic !

Stainless Steel Bento Box Lunch $29.99

How cute is this lunch box? It can fit easily into your work bag or backpack. No more brown bags!

Reusable Sandwich Bags- $13.99

I use these for fruits and veggies that I bring to work. I don’t always want to fit a tupperware container in my bag and these are flexible enough to toss in.

Dryer Balls – $7.49

A healthier and reusable alternative to dryer sheets.

Kitchen Towels – $16.99

Instead of paper towels, where I can I always try to use a kitchen towel for clean ups in the kitchen. If you’re worried about stains most wash out super easy.

Glass Tupperware $35.99

I no longer own any plastic tupperware and have gone to glass. It’s healthier and better for the environment as a whole.

Eco Friendly Reusable Gift Set – $19.99

Amazon has a great eco-friendly gift set option for just 19.99 if you want to get a bunch of eco friendly goodies at once. This is a great buy and deal.

So that’s it. This year try let’s all try to live a healthier life style and help inspire some of those around us to live in a cleaner and more sustainable way. These are all small changes, but every little bit helps!

Happy New Year !
