As of last week its now officially summer and we have so many long beautiful days to enjoy before us. Summertime is always the busiest season of the year for me. Each weekend is jam packed with vacations, get togethers with friends, day trips, outdoor adventures, home projects, everything! Because I’m on the go I tend to wear the same things and have a summer uniform of yoga pants and a loose v-neck t-shirt. I want to look a little bit more lady like this year so  I’m sharing my summer wish list below. There are fifteen weeks in the summer so I have that amount of time to grab the goodies I’ve been coveting below. Wish me luck!

Gal Meets Glam Ardith Gingham Fit & Flare Midi Dress

I’ve wanted to get on board the Gal Meets Glam trend and have ordered a few dresses from the line. Unfortunately they haven’t worked for me, look too girlish, and are just sized odd. I really wanted to love this dress and ordered three sizes, and none of them would fit me right.  So now I have my eye on this blue and white gingham dress below. It looks casual enough that I could wear on the weekends, but can also wear to work with a sweater! I’m hopeful that since its sleeveless it will fit me right !

Straw Bag

I really want a neutral straw bag like this one. Straw bags seem so classy to me and scream summer. I have visions of going down to my farmer’s market with this and filling it with fresh fruits and veggies.

Elizabeth Arden Green Tea 

I’ve been wearing Elizabeth Arden Green Tea perfume since high school and need to restock since I ran out last summer. Its a clean fresh scent and perfect for summer where you don’t want to wear anything too heavy! It’s also not that expensive for a perfume and can be bought at Target, Ulta, or Macy’s.

Tortoise Shell Sunglasses

I love the timeless silhouette of these tortoise shell frames. They remind me a bit of Audrey Hepburn and if I don’t sit on or lose them first, these will be frames that I wear for years to come.

Gold Honeycomb Landon Lacey Necklace 

I am a lover of all jewelry from Landon Lacey and you should be too. Landon is so sweet and talented and I’m obsessed with her honeycomb necklace. I love the imagery and symbolism behind bees so adding this honeycomb to my collection will be happening in the next few weeks.

Madewell Drapey Oversize Boyshirt

I’m cheating a little bit with this because I just bought it – and wanted to share that it should be on everyone’s summer wish list. I have a lot of white collared shirts, but the fabric of this one is so thick and well made that its a perfect summer staple to wear with jeans or a skirt for work.
